Severna Park Food Delivery Favorites

With everyone's crazy schedules some days cooking can seem like an impossible task to add onto your extra busy days. Instead of calling for pizza delivery let’s try out some healthier options. Below are a few of my favorite healthier meal delivery options you and your family can enjoy!



1. Poke N' Ramen - Arnold :($12) Salmon lover Bowl - 493 Total Calories - 58.75g Carbs, 33g Protein, 14g Fat. If you're in the mood for something different one of my top picks is Poke N' Ramen! They are a small restaurant that creates the best poke bowls around. All of the ingredients are fresh and high quality.

2. Chipotle - Severna Park : ($8) Salad bowl with chicken, light brown rice, Light Fajita veggies, Pico de Galo, light cheese, light corn salsa - 430 total calories - 36g Carbs, 40g Protein, 14.75g Fat. Chipotle is a great option because it is a quick meal the whole family will love! Be careful what you add in, the calories can add up very quickly with all the extras! Chipotle is very generous with their scoops so I like to order light with certain things, and it ends up being the perfect amount!

3. Gary's Grill - Severna Park :($11) Burgers your way - 8 OZ Chicken Breast with a bun, Provolone cheese, lettuce, onion, tomato, pickles and ketchup, served with a side salad with 2 tbsp of light Italian dressing - 581 Total calories - 38g Carbs, 60g Protein, 21g Fat . Gary's Grill is a Severna Park favorite with so many options! I love Gary's because they have a fantastic variety of healthy options, but my favorite part is they have gluten free options!

4. Squisito's - Severna Park : ($13)The Greek Salad with Chicken and Garlic Bread - 664 Total Calories - 41g Carbs, 50g Protein, 33g Fat. (Without Garlic Bread - 464 Total Calories - 16g Carbs, 46g Protein, 24g Fats) This is a great option when the kids want pizza! I love that their salads come with a piece of their amazing garlic bread. They have a lot of other fantastic meal options, but macro nutrient wise this is one of their best options! Something to be careful with when ordering Italian food is the portion sizing and making sure it has protein! If you do choose a pasta meal that’s ok, but be sure it has protein or to add it and only to eat 1/2 of the dish!

5.  Thai Paradise - Severna Park: ($14) Pra Ram Long Song - 464 Total Calories - 51g Carbs, 52g Protein, 6g Fat. This is a great well balanced option I loved, It is chicken and broccoli covered in an amazing sauce served with jasmine rice! Thai Paradise has a lot of great meal options that are served with a generous amount of protein and Vegetables.
